LSR connector sleeve

ZORGE produces a wide range of rubber and TPE grommets using various production techniques. We produce the part shown here from high-grade LSR using fully automated LIM-technology.

The special purpose ejection system we designed makes fully automated production possible without the need for any post-treatment. This part is used on a Bosch connector for a NO-sensor in trucks.
